If the Resort/Hotel/Operators doesn’t fulfill the service
If an Event which you have purchased a Voucher for is canceled by the Operator, RelaxBee will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, and We make sure that you get 100% refund. You will receive refund in 7 working days.
Also, we will make sure that you get 100% refund if the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you;
Other than the above scenario
For cancellation due to your personal reason, it has to refer to each of the tour/travel package page which is stated and written by the tour operator. As different tour operator/travel agencies has different cancellation policies, we would strongly suggest you read each tour/travel package package on the cancellation policies before you make a booking.
In the ‘special’ event if customer request for refund
We understand that some circumstances might affect your travel plans. We are able to issue a refund depending on the ‘special’ situation and the customer can receive up to 50% of refund, depending on each travel package/activities policies that you have purchased
For acceptable ‘special’ event cancellations, customers need to provide relevant evidence as below before they are able to apply for cancellation.
1. Passing of a first degree relative (please provide the Death Certificate and proof of relationship)
First degree relative: Parent (father,mother), Child (son,daughter), Sibling (brother,sister);
2. Terminal illness of a first degree relative (please provide the Medical Certificate and proof of relationship)
-Valid evidence: Medical certificate issued by a hospital/clinic (does not include flu, bruise, or other injuries that won’t cause difficulties during travel) and requires a doctor’s diagnosis.
The Refund will take 7 working days after the submission has been approved.

All refund shall be subject to currency fluctuation, where applicable. When processing any refund, RelaxBee reserves the right to opt for the currency value at:
(i) the date of the contract;
(ii) the date of commercial invoice;
(iii) the date of any payments; or
(iv) the date immediately prior to the processing of the relevant refund.
